Theodor Herzl
Anything is possible if a person has the
determination, vision, and perseverance to make it happen.
Dreams and aspirations are not just fantasies but achievable realities when backed by strong willpower and effort.
Theodor Herzl’s most often quoted line is “Im Tirzu, Ein Zo Agadah” which translates into English as “If you will it, it is no dream”.
The phrase was originally meant to inspire Jewish people to strive for the establishment of a Jewish homeland. However, its meaning extends beyond its historical context. It applies to anyone seeking to accomplish something significant, whether personal or collective.
Ultimately, the message is universal: if you truly will something and commit to making it happen, it is not just a dream—it can become your reality. However, Herzl showed us that the impossible can come true, and that if we want something badly enough, one day it will cease to be a dream. It is up to us to make that dream come true.
Our dream is to combat food insecurity of our community with compassion and dignity, ensuring that everyone—regardless of background or circumstance—has access to wholesome, nourishing meals.
Together, we can fight food insecurity—one meal at a time.
